tyga.games is agent-first infrastructure and a publishing pathway for game studios. Game developers ("Studios") register for a Portal account to onboard their studio, manage games, request access to stack services, and view publishing and revenue information. The platform is designed so that AI coding agents can operate alongside the human developers who run each studio.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to name, email address, IP address, device identifiers, and any other information that can be used directly or indirectly to identify an individual.
